You have to stop

I write this to the driver of the black Fiat Cinquento who pulled right out into my path on Monday. You seem to have no regard for other people or the Highway Code whatsoever. I would like to point out two things to you. When you get to the end of a road (any road) you have to stop and check that nothing is coming. And the use of a horn is allowed for warning of your approach and seeing as you paid no attention to my right of way, I felt justified in using my horn to warn you that I was there. There was absolutely no need to slam your brakes on and cause a near collision. Please just look where you are going and try not to bully other road users, particularly lone female drivers.Name and address supplied - Nailsea
