GARDENER John "Jake" Sadly passed away peacefully at home on 21st January 2024 aged 90 years. A much loved husband to late wife Pat, father to Tracy and Sharron, a beloved grandfather and great grandfather. The Funeral Service at Weston super Mare Crematorium will take place at 10.30am on Tuesday 13th February 2024. Family Flowers only but donations, if desired, to benefit Dementia UK.
