The first beach clean-up of 2017, in Berrow, is set to take place this weekend – and more volunteers are needed.

Somerset’s Litter Free Coast and Sea project officer Harriet Yates-Smith is spearheading the campaign alongside The Friends Of Burnham Beach in Burnham, Brean and Berrow.

The clean-up will take place on Saturday from 10am until noon and the team will meet at Berrow beach car park.
