FIVE fundraisers raised £19,000 for a Pill cancer charity by kicking up their heels at a Moulin Rouge themed night.
The friends from Bristol organised an Escape Ball which was held in September and raised more than £38,000.
Half of the money has been donated to Penny Brohn Cancer Care in Pill, and the rest has been given to Young Bristol.
The ball was held at Brunel's Passenger Shed, which was transformed into a Parisian scene to tie in with the theme of the Moulin Rouge.
Guests enjoyed champagne, a four-course meal and a show by a can-can troupe.
