Guide dog puppy George visited Asda off Winterstoke Road, much to everyone's delight.
The store has helped to raise more than £12,000 for the Weston branch of Guide Dogs for the Blind. Each dog costs £5,000.
Asda is now holding a Christmas raffle in conjunction with the charity. Tickets, priced £1, can be bought in the store. Prizes include helicopter flights, Wookey Hole tickets for a family of four, a giant cuddly toy and Bench or Playboy glasses.
