PLUCKY pensioners in Clevedon held a Christmas party with a difference by taking part in a mass tai chi demonstration.
More than 100 elderly enthusiasts took part in the exercise at Princes Hall, Princes Road, before tucking into some Christmas cake.
Instructor Tony Dove teaches the sporting pensioners the martial art, which helps conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis by improving flexibility, co-ordination, strength and balance.
The demonstration was held to celebrate the martial art and encourage more elderly people to take it up.
Anyone interested in joining the group can call Tony on 07886 630436.
