PERMISSION has been granted to replace a memorial hall in Weston with six houses.
The building in Langford Road will be demolished and replaced with the new properties.
One car parking space per house will also be provided and pedestrian access will be provided by a footpath running south of the buildings.
The site, opposite the Millenium Green, will be transformed into an area with three-bedroomed accommodation over three floors and each property will have its own garden.
