WI MEMBERS have been knitting some unusual objects in a bid to help new mums.The Worle group, which currently meets in the community centre in Lawrence Road, created some breasts to help young mothers practice feeding their babies.Group press officer, Janet Gough, said: "We created them as a laugh as we noticed in a magazine that they do this in hospitals up north a lot."We are going to donate the two we made to the maternity unit at Weston General Hospital."Worle WI meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 7.15pm. From April the group will meet in St Mark's Church in St Mark's Road. Anyone who wants to join should call secretary Gwynneth Middleton on 01934 516422.
