THE final seal of approval has been put to plans for a multi-million pound development on Weston seafront - and it could all be completed by 2010.Last week bosses at Henry Boot Developments and North Somerset Council signed the legal agreement allowing work to begin at the derelict Tropicana site.A Henry Boot Developments spokesman said: "Henry Boot Developments, Life Property and North Somerset Council have today completed the legal agreement and exchanged contracts for the development of Lifestation@Tropicana. "Henry Boot Developments and Life Property, the council's project partners, are now on course to submit a planning application for Lifestation@Tropicana by autumn 2007."The signing of the legal agreement can be seen as another step forward for the £30million regeneration development. "The planned 96 bed hotel, indoor leisure pool, cinema, bowling alley, restaurants and bars are scheduled to open in spring 2010." North Somerset Council agreed two months ago to go ahead and sign the legal agreement with bosses at Henry Boot Developments to allow the company to redevelop the Tropicana.
