GUIDE, brownie and rainbow groups across the Worle district may have to be suspended unless more volunteers come forward to help.Worle District Commissioner Vikki Corke says they are in desperate need of more leaders and if they don't find them by Christmas groups may have to shut until the situation changes. She said: "We have an excellent team of over 30 adults working with nearly 300 young people aged five to 18. "Some of our adults, however, feel it is time for a change and so some of our units are in need of new leaders."Unfortunately the reality is that if we are unable to find new adults we may have to suspend some of our units by Christmas which would mean girls missing out on the unique and exciting opportunities guiding can offer them."If anyone can help out with rainbows, brownies or guides, they should call Vikki on 01934 515172.
