It is one of the town’s gems, offering Mediterranean and Greek food, with plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options. One reviewer described the food as ‘delicious and authentic’ while another said it was ‘a slice of Greece in Weston’.
2. Hussain’s Indian Cuisine
Weston is not short of curry houses, and multiple Indian restaurants appear in TripAdvisor’s top 10 restaurants in the town – but Hussain’s Indian Cuisine, in Orchard Street, comes out on top, and is rated as the town’s second-best restaurant with 480 reviews.
One reviewer praised the restaurants friendly staff, saying Hussain’s is good for dining in or grabbing a take-away. Another said: “(This is) the best Indian in Weston, lovely food and great service.”

TripAdvisor reviewers describe Il Michelangelo, in Knightstone Road, as a ‘superb Italian’ and we are sure many people would agree. The restaurant offers a range of delicious pasta, pizza, meat and seafood dishes bringing Italy to Weston.
More than 1,000 people have reviewed the restaurant, with one saying: “(We had) excellent service and very good food. We will certainly return, and would certainly recommend.”
4. Papa’s
It is not surprising that a fish and chip shop has made Weston’s list of best restaurants, and Papa’s in Waterloo Street could not have received nicer feedback from its 1,000 reviews. People praised the warm welcome and tasty traditional fish and chips, whether they were taking them away to enjoy on the beach or eating inside Papa’s restaurant. One reviewer described The Curry Garden, in Orchard Street, as ‘consistently brilliant’ which is probably why it is rated as one of Weston-super-Mare’s top restaurants. More than 600 people have reviewed the restaurant, with one saying their meal was ‘absolutely fabulous’. They added: “Lovely, lovely food, with lots of vegetarian options as well as vegan.”
Another said: “If you’re looking for a great place to eat, look no further.”
6. Relish Café and Bar
Relish, in West Street, serves all-day breakfasts, brunch, roast dinners and a selection of other lunches – and both its food and service has earned it rave reviews on TripAdvisor.
The restaurant has a five-star rating from its 80 reviews, with people praising its value-for-money and friendly staff. One person said: “I’ve been here a few times, it offers top-quality food and has extremely pleasant staff.”
7. Panache Fine Indian Restaurant
This is the third Indian restaurant to make our list, with close to 300 reviews ranking it as the seventh best restaurant in Weston-super-Mare. Panache, in Orchard Street, offers a range of traditional Indian dishes with reviewers describing its food as ‘amazing’. One person said: “This is a fantastic restaurant; the service is second-to-none and the food is wonderful.”

8. The Grove Bistro
If you are looking for a Sunday lunch or a hearty breakfast, TripAdvisor reviewers are recommending you try The Grove Bistro in West Street. More than 400 reviews praise its decadent desserts, naughty-but-nice full English breakfasts and hearty roast dinners. One person described it as a ‘little gem’ of a restaurant, and added there was a ‘great choice of meals’ which were all ‘excellent value’.
9. The Milton Larder
This is the only restaurant to make our list which lies slightly out of Weston’s town centre, in Milton Road.
The Milton Larder’s TripAdvisor page is filled with pictures of full English breakfasts and decadent cheesecakes which will make your mouth water. Its 180 reviewers have praised the café for its breakfast and lunchtime offerings – with its huge sandwiches clearly a firm favourite. One reviewer said it offers ‘one of the best breakfasts in Weston’.
10. Bare Grills
If you have a craving for ribs, a burger or some melt-in-the-mouth beef brisket, Bare Grills in Richmond Street could be for you. The restaurant is rated as Weston’s 10th best place to grab a bite to eat, with one reviewer describing its burgers as the best they had ever had.
