A MICROPIGMENTATION artist has opened a new clinic in Weston-super-Mare offering hair loss and skin rejuvenation treatments to male and female clients.

Chloe Howe recently brought her business to the town and is offering a 20 per cent discount to readers on her treatment range until the end of January.

She was previously based above Lowe's Barber Shop in Burnham-on-Sea after being trained by Finishing Touches Group, the UK's leading micropigmentation school.

Her clinic at Bridgwater Court has been renovated so she can offer micropigmentation (permanent make-up), microneedling and scar micropigmentation treatments.

Chloe said: “I decided to move my business to a new location as I am expanding my treatment offering, and I wanted to create a more neutral environment where I can welcome both male and female clients.

“Being situated in a central location also makes my services more easily accessible to anyone located in both Somerset and North Somerset.

“I specialise in a treatment called scalp micropigmentation, also known as SMP or a medical hair tattoo.

“SMP is a form of cosmetic tattooing to combat all forms of hair loss including male and female pattern baldness, alopecia and scar camouflage from hair transplant surgery.

“The treatment works by replicating individual hair follicles to give the illusion of new hair growth.

“The result creates the appearance of thicker hair by hiding exposed areas of scalp.

“The treatment is painless and requires very little downtime. Results can last up to five years before requiring a top-up.”

She added: “I am also excited to be introducing new treatments including microneedling as well as scar micropigmentation.

“Microneedling is a non-invasive, collagen-boosting skin treatment used to improve skin tone and texture, fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring and surgical scarring.

“Scar micropigmentation treats small surgical scars and stretch marks by adding coloured pigments to minimise skin colour differences and reduce visible scar tissue.”

Chloe is offering a 20 per cent discount exclusively to Weston Mercury and North Somerset Times readers on her entire treatment range until the end of January 2023.
