A local self-adocacy charity is planning on hosting a fundrasing event for adults with learning disabilities.
The gig, hosted by People First, will happen at The Royal Hotel in Weston-super-Mare on Saturday, February 18th. The main feature of this Valentines-themed concert will be The Lipinski Band.
People First focuses on helping make the voices of people with learning difficulties heard, as well as providing a mental health and wellbeing service.
Free courses on topics such as anxiety and social skills are available.
Chief Executive, Michelle Burnett, said "We are encouraging local businesses and groups of friends to get behind this wonderful event and book their tickets."
There will be hog/veggie roast available, as well as a raffle and a photo booth to capture the evening.
