WESTON Horticultural Society is on track to hold its next meeting on February 9th at St Peter's Church Hall, Baytree Road.

According to their website, Weston's Horticultural Society is one of the largest in the South West and is affiliated to the Somerset Federation of Gardening Clubs and the Royal Horticultural Society.

The meeting starts at 7.30pm, and the speaker will be Keith Jackson with a talk entitled ‘ Madeira-A Floral Paradise.’

If you aren't a member, don't worry. Non-members are also welcome for an entry fee of £3.

So, whether you are a regular attendee or someone new, there is plenty of opportunity to learn more about the work that the society does and share tips and tricks around gardening.

You don't need to be an experienced gardener, either; the society welcomes novices and those that have a general interest.
