LITTLE Grange Riding Centre is offering volunteer positions to teach children with special needs how to horse ride.

The centre, based in Claverham, offers term time lessons between 12.45pm - 3pm on Thursdays for children with special needs. It is urged that more volunteers come forward to help lead or walk alongside the ponies to ensure the safety of the riders and help them to develop their skills.

A spokesperson for the organisation says: "Come along one Thursday to see if you would like to join us - even if you could only commit to 2/3 sessions each month you’d be warmly welcomed.

"No experience necessary as we’ll help you from the start. If you decide to stay you’ll soon make new friends - with both two legs and four!“
