NORTH Somerset drivers are reminded of two National Highways road closures next week.

Both of the closures are expected to cause delays of up to 30 minutes.

Road closures to keep an eye out for include:

  • M5, from 10pm June 26 to 6am June 27, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 18 to 20 lane closure for road markings renewal.
  • M5, from 9pm June 29 to 6am June 30, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 21 exit and entry slip closed for road markings renewal. Diversion for exit slip via, junction 22 and back. Diversion for entry slip via, junction 20 and back.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
