A MAN who beat up another man at Weston Station has ended up with a bill of over £700.
Kray Robert Bowler, 37, pleaded guilty to assault by beating in a case brought by British Transport Police when he appeared at North Somerset Magistrates' Court on Monday (October 2).
Th court was told Bowler, of Lane End Road, Patchway, in South Gloucestershire, committed the offence on March 24.
He was fined £461 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £184 along with a contribution of £85 towards the Crown Prosecution Service costs.
He was told he must pay the total bill of £730 at the rate of £60 a month starting on November 1.
