BETTER Health North Somerset will be running a Health Promotion Day in The Sovereign this month.
The event will take place on Thursday, November 30 at the We Are Super event space.
From 10am until 2pm, residents will be able to drop in to get a range of advice relating to losing weight, mental health and much more.
Smokefree North Somerset will offer advice on how to quit and the benefits of doing so.
Attendees will also be able to benefit from Liver Testing as part of the Alright my Liver scheme, an NHS screening service for people living in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
Over 200 people screened since the pilot launched in July 2022 have been invited for a follow-up appointment for assessment, advice or treatment.
On top of that, housing advice will also be given, which could help to reduce your stress levels.
