POLICE officers are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed three times in Weston last month.

The act of grievous bodily harm (GBH) was committed against a man in his 40s in Ellenborough Park at around 9.30pm on Sunday, October 22.

The mas was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol, where he received stitches and was later discharged.

The offender is described as white, aged in his late 20s or early 30s, approximately 5ft 7ins tall with light coloured hair.

A woman, aged in her late 20s or early 30s, was with him. She has light brown hair.

Both the offender and the woman were wearing tracksuits.

Officers have been carrying out house-to-house enquiries and have been reviewing CCTV as part of their investigation.
