The Sabor do Brasil building, based on St James Street, has been put on the market for £25,000.
The property, which located close to the seafront, features plenty of seating and a "high quality" commercial kitchen.
Operating as a Brazilian restaurant, over the last 12 months the business has seen an annual turnover of £275,000.
Marketed by Sprosen Ltd, the property's Rightmove description reads: "Set into the glazed frontage, there are 10 seats for customers at a high fixed table and with spotlights over. Currently laid for 80 covers.
