A ROAD in Kewstoke will be periodically closed this week for carriageway patching and general maintenance works.
Work has already started on the stretch of road from the junction of Lyefield Road and the junction with Crooks Lane.
Posting before the closure, a spokesperson from the North Somerset Travel and Roads team said: "We would like to inform you of the upcoming carriageway patching works and general maintenance on Lower Norton Lane, Kewstoke.
"The extent of the closure starts at the junction of Lyefield Road and ends at the junction with Crooks Lane.
"Works are due to start on Monday, January 15 2024 for an anticipated duration of four days. To carry out the works safely and to minimise disruption, we will need to close the road between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30.
"Traffic marshals will be located within the road closure to help with diversion and access arrangements.
"We thank you in advance for your patience while we carry out these works."
