A SOMERSET mental health charity is hosting a Time To Talk Day next week to show residents that they are not alone.
Mind in Somerset will be hosting the event from 1pm until 3pm on Thursday, February 1 at Weston's Winter Gardens.
Attendees will be invited to enjoy a hot drink and free soup at Lasseters Restaurant, where they will be encouraged to have open and honest conversations about mental health.
There will also be a selection of local service stalls available, as well as information about the charity itself and ways you can access support.
Posting on social media, a spokesperson for Mind in Somerset said: "Let's break the silence and create a warm space for conversations about mental health!
"Time to Talk Day is the perfect opportunity to connect, share, and support one another. Let's come together and make a positive impact on mental health!
"Spread the word, bring a friend, and let's make this a day of openness, understanding, and compassion."
