The Donate For Defib Weston-Super-Mare Project has launched an online form.

It hopes to capture the public's understanding of CPR and measure their confidence in administering it during cardiac arrest situations.

Participants are also asked if they know the location of their nearest publicly accessibly defibrillator.

Available as a Google Form, the survey has been shared across various social media platforms and on the official website.
