A FOOTPATH in Weston has been closed to allow for patching and tree-felling works.
The path closure extends from Ewart Road, Capell Close to Locking Road.
The five day closure started yesterday (Monday, February 12).
For residents' safety and to allow the works to be completed with minimal disruption, no access is permitted during this time.
Posting last week on Facebook, a spokesperson from the North Somerset Travel and Roads team said: "Please note we will be closing the footpath from Ewart Road, Capell Close to Locking Road, Weston-super-Mare.
"The footpath will be closed from Monday, February 12, 2024 for five days.
"During this closure, no access will be permitted throughout this period, due to the patching and tree-felling works taking place."
