PEOPLE in the Weston area are being urged to look out for a missing man.
Herbert Sidebottom, 85, is believed to have travelled by car to the seaside town.
He has been reported missing from Largs by Police Scotland Ayrshire.
A Police Scotland Ayrshire spokesperson said: "Herbert was last seen in the Beachway area around 10.45am on Monday, 12 February, 2024.
"He is believed to have travelled in a black Jaguar XF sport, registration SB69 UWD, to the Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset area."
Herbert is described as being around 5ft 10in, of slim build with grey hair, and wearing glasses.
Sergeant Nikki Nolan said: “Our enquiries are ongoing to trace Herbert and we are appealing to anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 3520 of 12 February, 2024."
