A wellness lounge in Weston-super-Mare has officially opened its doors following a recent expansion.

Luceo Lounge was unveiled at 209 Milton Road on Saturday, July 11, with an opening day that featured guided tours and complimentary taster sessions.

Visitors were able to explore the extended facilities while learning about the full range of wellness and recovery therapies now available at the site.

Lisa de-Laune, owner of Luceo Lounge, said: "We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along to our opening day.

"It was great to have the support of the community who came to find out more about the benefits of our new lymphatic roller, a first for North Somerset, red and infrared light therapy, compression therapy and vibroacoustic therapy."

The lounge aims to provide regenerative health treatments in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Ms de-Laune said: "I created this space so people could access a range of scientifically backed wellbeing, health and recovery experiences, without the pressure of performance or perfection; because we all know one size does not fit all.

"Expanding the lounge allows us to offer more of what people genuinely need; spaces that steady the nervous system, support that feels safe and wellbeing tools that actually work in real life."

Alongside existing therapies such as photobiomodulation (light therapy) and temperature-based treatments, the expanded lounge now offers a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, hot stone massage, a vibroacoustic bed, and sleep therapy options.

The lounge describes itself as “not a luxury, it’s a partnership in everyday living, longevity and self-care.”
