£650k wanted for former North Somerset pub – but could it become homes?

A former pub in Yatton has been put up for sale at a price of £650,000.
The Prince of Orange was originally listed for sale by Enterprise Inns last year, as time was called for good towards the end of 2016.
However, the High Street venue is now being marketed by Hollis Morgan as a ‘development opportunity’, as outline planning permission has been granted by North Somerset Council to build four two-bedroom houses in its beer garden.
The advert also claims the existing pub building could be converted into three or four new homes.
