An American burger eatery will open its doors for the first time today (Monday).

7Bone Burger Co. is the latest restaurant to open at the multi-million-pound Dolphin Square development.

The chain, which serves up a whole host of mouth-watering meaty creations, already has businesses up and down the south coast including in Portsmouth, Southampton and Bournemouth and promises ‘dirty, sexy burgers’.

7Bone will open at noon today for lunch and is the eighth unit to open, following Prezzo, Pizza Express, Nando, Cineworld, Costa, Anytime Fitness and Luda.

The Mercury also understands Dolphin Square eateries Preto and Loco Mexicano have also broken ground but no official opening date has been announced.
