AN exercise class with a difference was held at a Weston gym to raise money in memory of a young girl who died of cancer.

Sue Collard and Sarah Toms organised a bedtime aerobics class at Hutton Moor Leisure Centre to raise money for Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Sue’s daughter, Mary, died of bone cancer on New Year’s Day 2012 aged 11.

On Friday, participants did an hour and a half of aerobics followed by hot chocolate and homemade cakes.

So far supporters have raised £100,000 through various events including spin sessions, cake sales, quiz nights and skittle evenings.
