RESIDENTS in St Georges could soon be welcoming many new neighbours to the area.
A planning application has been submitted to North Somerset Council for 46 homes, 10 employment units and 187 parking spaces to be built on land off Jubilee Way.
The development will have a mixture of one, two and three-storey homes.
The request was put in by Bloor Homes, a private house-building company, on November 21 and there have already been some objections to it.
The main concerns include increased traffic on the surrounding roads, a loss of privacy for existing residents and no space in nearby schools for any children who move into the houses.
