A MAN has been ‘seriously injured’ after an assault in Weston in the early hours of this morning (Saturday).
The assault happened in Baildon Road on the Bournville estate and the victim was taken to hospital, where he is currently in a ‘serious condition’.
Police have cordoned off the crime scene to carry out investigations.
Avon and Somerset Constabulary are appealing for anyone with information about the incident, or with any information on those involved, to call 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
