ANYONE living in Somerset can get a discount to use Weston's newest attraction.

Pirate Adventureland, a mini golf and high-ropes challenge centre, opened on the Beach Lawns in February.

It is owned by Event Attractions and its managing director, James Rogers, promised to introduce a membership scheme when the site opened, which he launched this week.

He said: “Anyone living in Somerset can receive a £1.50 discount per person on the adventure golf or walk the plank high ropes by joining the scheme.

“All locals will have to do is bring along proof of personal address and ID and they will receive their membership card and discount there and then.”
