CHEDDAR will be a buzz on February 16 when international beekeeping experts visit.

The lecture day, organised by Somerset Beekeepers’ Association, will focus on issues such as the effects of diseases and how the way bees forage for food is changing.

It will be held at the Kings of Wessex Academy in Station Road from 9.15am-5.10pm.

Tickets, priced £10-20, include lunch and are available by emailing Caroline Butter at educationofficer@somersetbeekeepers.org.uk or call 01934 742075.
