YOUNGSTERS from Somerset enjoyed a taste of the Big Brother TV show at a youth event near Cheddar.Teenagers from across the county spent the weekend at the Charterhouse Centre, in Blagdon, competing in team building exercises for extra food and pouring their hearts out in the diary room.The event was organised by the Somerset Rural Youth Project (SRYP) to give the teenagers a chance to say what facilities they would like to see in the area.The teenagers said that they wanted to be more involved in deciding what projects should be set up for them.They also said they would like more help to get into employment as well as more links with youngsters in other villages.* Pictured: Jos, Leanne, Rhian and Elliot in the diary room.
