Hundreds of people are set to enjoy Highbridge's annual wassail celebration on Saturday, as the season of the West Country tradition gets underway.
Rich’s Cider Farm, in Mill House, will play host to the ritual as burnt toast is placed on one of the cider maker’s trees.
This is believed to symbolise good spirits and there will be plenty of cider available, as well as performances from The Skimmity Hitchers and Bob Darch Music.
More than 450 people attended last year’s event and all proceeds will go to Burnham’s League of Friends.
