MORE than a dozen bikers in Halloween costumes roared across Somerset to raise funds for Burnham rescue hovercraft charity, BARB, at the weekend.

The event, organised by Somerset Motorcycle Group, saw 15 motorcylists travel in convoy from Highbridge’s Bristol Bridge Inn to Minehead and back.

Organiser Norman Templeman said: “We had a good turnout of 15 bikes for our annual Halloween run, which raised money for BARB, bringing our annual total for the charity to £651.

“Thanks go to everyone who took part.”
