HUNDREDS of pounds worth of cannabis has been seized from a home in Highbridge after a police raid today (Thurs).
Officers searched on the property in Tregelles Close at 9am and took £800 worth of drugs and hundreds of pounds in cash.
One man was arrested in connection with the recovery of the drugs and has been taken into custody.
Inspector Dale Baker said: "This was a successful warrant which has resulted in illegal drugs being taken off the streets.
"We welcome intelligence from members of the public and will not hesitate to act on that intelligence to arrest suspected drug dealers."
