YOUTHS are putting lives in danger by throwing bricks at cars from a bridge in Winscombe, according to police.PC Steve Church is 'gravely concerned' about the ongoing incidents of yobs throwing things from the Strawberry Line bridge which straddles the A371.They started by using small items of rubbish but are now using bricks, which have already resulted in two shattered windscreens. Further instances could possibly lead to a serious accident or, even worse, a fatality according to PC Church.He said: "This is a mindless and dangerous practice which must stop before it leads to something very serious happening.
