GANGS of youngsters are causing problems for elderly residents by breaking and vandalising the only lift in a block of flats.

GANGS of youngsters are causing problems for elderly residents by breaking and vandalising the only lift in a block of flats.

Children, who are on school holidays until September 3, are gathering inside Bruton House, Oldmixon and riding up and down the lifts causing it to break down.
