Puxton Park opened its gates to the public nine years ago this week, and hosted a series of events and entertainment this week to mark the anniversary.
Visitors, who were able to enter the park for a reduced fee for the anniversary weekend, enjoyed the sunshine and a variety of activities before tucking into some birthday cake.
Park owner Alistair Mead said: “I can’t believe how much we have achieved in nine years. If you told me back then where we would be now I wouldn’t have believed you.
“Visitor numbers continue to grow. I’m so proud of what we have achieved.
“We are looking forward to the next nine years with even bigger success stories to come.”
