AN IT team has been described as ‘unsung heroes’ by organisers of a national award.
Knightstone Housing’s team has been shortlisted for an award by the Inside Housing and the Chartered Institute Of Housing.
The 400 workers have been praised for coping with the move to near junction 21 and a centralisation programme that saves thousands of pounds each year. Mandy Garrett, head of IT said “It’s fantastic that the team has received recognition for the work they’ve achieved this year. I’m proud of my staff, for their can-do attitudes, their creativity and their belief. Nothing fased them, and they surpassed all expectations.”
