BRISTOL Airport is making a number of changes in preparation for the busy summer season, including 24-hour security searches.
Passengers using the airport are urged to arrive at least two hours head of their departure time with more than 70,000 people expected to use this airport this weekend.
Security search hours will be extended this summer so people who arrive at the airport earl,y having checked in online and only carrying hand luggage, can go straight to the departure lounge.
The airport is also reducing the number of public address systems, although final flight calls will still be made along with other derails on the information screens.
