REFURBISHMENT work of Bristol Airport’s bars and restaurants has got underway this week as it prepares for the summer rush of holidaymakers.
More than 150,000 will be invested by food travel experts SSP at the terminal’s eateries to increase the number of options for passengers.
Table service restaurant Dexters will get new furniture and lighting, seating will be added to its Burger King store and The Seafood Bar will be rebranded as the Wine & Deli Bar selling dishes made from local produce.
The airport’s retail manager Tom Hack said: “Families heading off on holiday this summer will be able to enjoy a wider range of food and drink options when waiting to board their flights.
“Business travellers will also benefit from a more comfortable environment in which to work and relax.”
