BULLDOZERS and diggers moved into the Sands nightclub site this week as the latest development at Dolphin Square got underway.
Public access was cordoned off earlier this week as builders prepared for the demolition to the Beach Road site.
Contractors McLaren Life who are in charge of the �30-35million regeneration has already confirmed various businesses to the development.
A spokesman for the developers said Vue Cinemas, Harvester, Pizza Express, Nando’s, First Bowl and Prezzo are all confirmed although the exact usage of the Sands site will not be confirmed until next year.
