NORTH Somerset businesses are being encouraged to enter an award scheme that recognises young talent.
The Sian Lloyd-Jones Business Award is open to all companies in the district that have been trading for one to three years.
Firms of any size can enter and they will be judged on a range of criteria including financial performance, marketing strategy, use of information technology and the training of staff.
The awards will be given out at the North Somerset Business Club's Annual Charity Ball at the Winter Gardens on October 4.
North Somerset Enterprise Agency has been running the scheme since 2000 in memory of their former colleague.
