WESTON College is on the search for garage businesses who can take on apprentice students.
The college has four people studying motor vehicle maintenance and repair apprenticeships who could work full-time at a nearby business.
Learning co-ordinator Ian Aldridge said: "Apprentices receive training relevant to their specific role in a business which means they can have an immediate effect and make a more meaningful contribution.
"Their training is on the job so they can directly gain from the skills and experience of other employees."
Any employers who would be interested in taking on an apprentice should call Mr Aldridge on 01934 411594.
