A WESTON town centre café and newsagents will be auctioned off today (Thursday).

The café and adjoining Oxford Newsagent, which are on the corner of St James Street and Oxford Street, will be sold off on Thursday.

The auction, carried out by estate agent David Plaister, will start at 7pm at Puxton Park Restaurant.

A guide price of £375,000 has been set for the premises, which includes the 60-cover restaurant dining area, shop and the five flats on the first and second floors.

The agent advertises the lot as ‘an interesting investment opportunity with scope for further business growth’.
