AN APPRENTICE has received an award after testing his skills against other car dealers in the country.
Dan Cook works at Howards Peugeot dealership in Weston’s Searle Crescent.
He was named Peugeot UK Apprentice of the Year after a day of practical and theory tests.
He said: “I am absolutely delighted with winning this title and it’s great after the years of hard work I have put in to be recognised in this way.
“I would also like to thank the other more experienced technicians I work with every day and my manager for the advice and support they have given me in developing my skills and securing the title.”
John Allan, general manager in Weston, said he was proud of the skills and knowledge Dan displayed.
