AN OUTDOOR ice skating rink has opened ahead of the Christmas season.
Cadbury Garden & Leisure in Congresbury launched its attraction on Saturday.
Visitors will be able to get skates on site and novices can also get help from more experienced skaters employed by the garden centre.
Store manager Paul Butchers said he was thrilled to see the ice rink open again this year. He said: “We are sure that following the huge success of last year’s rink, thousands of families will enjoy the festive season here.”
The large ice rink, which can hold up to 150 skaters at any one time, had a display team from Bristol visit on Saturday afternoon.
