After years of waiting, the opening date for Weston’s new cinema has been confirmed.
Cineworld will open an eight-screen multiplex at £45million leisure complex Dolphin Square on January 26.
Cineworld promises the latest Hollywood releases, plus pick-and-mix sweets and Baskin Robbins ice cream counters.

The first films set to be screened at the cinema include animated comedy Early Man, sci-fi thriller Maze Runner: The Death Cure and superhero blockbuster Black Panther.
General manager Emma Poppleton said: “Cineworld is looking forward to opening its doors to film fans on January 26.
“The opening will be Cineworld’s third cinema in Somerset and with Weston boasting a vibrant cultural identity and passion for entertainment, we really can’t wait to welcome in the local community and share our love of film.”
